My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at this wonderful hotel and the service was amazing. All the staff were so friendly. We received an upgrade to a fantastic room with a amazing view upon arrival. The maids were always pleasant and did a great job. Breakfast had so much choice. The sunbeds on the beach allowed ordering drinks from the beach bar.
The rotation of the a la carte restaurants did limit our choices because of the speed with which they booked up.

The hotel gym featured equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes and I enjoyed the Pilates class. The spa offered facial treatments. Pools provided a relaxing experience. The hotel also offered fitness classes.

The hotel is situated near a beach. I advise walking along the beach into the town because it is a lovely walk. The hotel's location allows for easy access to nearby attractions. I liked how close the hotel was to so many things.

The buffet restaurant had tons of choice and variety and I think it was well worth the money. The Italian restaurant served pizzas and it delivered top service. The preferred club had a reserved seating area with table service. Great themes happened at buffet breakfast and evening meals.

We stayed at this hotel for several days. The staff are very friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. David escorted us to our room, a beautiful master suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea. Andres, Maria, Ricardo and Nuria provided world-class service.
We booked unlimited luxury all inclusive for a week and received a tick box welcome, with two glasses of wine. I asked for help to sort dining options so we could relax but I was told i would have no problem using their QR code. I never got over that poor start.

The staff was generally attentive. The poolside service at the bar was fast. Waiters were quick to refill glasses by the pool. Staff members remembered personal preferences during subsequent visits to restaurants, providing tailored service, great.

my wife and i had a very comfortable room with a wonderful huge bed. the shower was amazing and housekeeping kept the room perfect. the yoga and pilates activities were great fun. the breakfast was fabulous with many choices.
The pool didn't open until 9 am. This was inconvenient for us as we are early risers. we like to be out early, but we couldn't go anywhere. bar staff seemed rude, and i didn't feel like they had any training. entertainment was practically non-existent

The staff offered amazing service. They were consistently friendly and helpful. I received excellent communications from the front desk prior to my arrival. I got a room upgrade upon arrival. It included a amazing view. The maids were also pleasant and did an amazing job.
The gym gets quite busy during peak hours, making it sometimes difficult to access all the equipment.
